All pools and spas in Queensland must be registered .

You can now begin a search for a property and view details of the most recent pool safety certificate if one has been issued for that property. Click here to search to see if your property needs to be registered.

Pool owners need to ensure their pool has been registered at www.dlgp.qld.gov.au/poolsafety or by calling 1800 340 634. Penalties may apply for pool owners whose pools are not on the register after 4 November 2011.
